Mobilizing and engaging all relevant stakeholders is vital for accelerating ocean action, transforming into sustainable ocean-based economies, and achieving Goal 14 and its targets. This objective of the UN Ocean Conference co-hosted by the Governments of Costa Rica and France, is reflected in its overarching theme : “Accelerating action and mobilizing all actors to conserve and sustainably use the ocean”.
