    Description
    The Austrian SDG Award:
    - raises the awareness for the SDGs throughout society,
    - brings corporates, municipalities and youth initiatives that already act in the spirit of the SDGs to the attention of the general public,

    Expected Impact

The high level of publicity for the Austrian SDG-Award nominees and winners as well as the documented success and resilience of the winners in their respective activities are the strongest motivational factors for their peers to follow their SDG paths. The main message of the Award winners is: If you want to play a role in the future, you have to integrate the SDGs in your strategies and in what you do, irrespective of who/what you are or do.
