The annual ECOSOC Partnership Forum brings together Member States and a wide range of stakeholders, including non-governmental organizations, local governments, the private sector, civil society, the United Nations system, international financial institutions, academia, scientists, women and youth, among others.
In accordance with its renewed mandate A/80/L.97, as of 2027, the Partnership Forum will be convened back-to-back with the High-Level Political Forum on Sustainable Development (HLPF) and structured as a results-oriented SDG matchmaking and implementation support platform to align needs, capacities and resources, facilitate the formation of partnerships, identify gaps and support implementation of the 2030 Agenda. The Forum will continue to be organized in consultation with all relevant stakeholders.
The 2027 ECOSOC Partnership Forum will be held on 2 July 2027 at United Nations Headquarters in New York. Further information will be made available in due course.
