Please read the brief summary here.
The United Nations High-level Political Forum (HLPF) on Sustainable Development was held from 10 - 19 July 2023, under the theme “Accelerating the recovery from the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) and the full implementation of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development at all levels”. For the sixth year, a series of Voluntary National Review (VNR) Labs were convened on the margins of the HLPF.
The VNR Lab, titled “Unleashing the Power of Collaboration: Boosting Multi-Stakeholder Partnerships and Engagement for the 2030 Agenda” provided a timely opportunity to discuss challenges, share lessons learned and good practices as well as report on innovative tools to strengthen and facilitate meaningful multi-stakeholder partnerships and engagement more systematically throughout the VNR process and beyond. In addition, the VNR Lab identified what additional (financial) support was required and explored how such support could be scaled up to ensure an accelerated recovery from COVID-19 and the full implementation of the 2030 Agenda at all levels.
This event was held in-person inside the United Nations Headquarters (Conference Room 11) and was open to all registered HLPF participants. There was no separate online registration for this VNR Lab.
