    Description
    Description
The Baleen Filter, engineered by Nature, enables water re-use from wastewater instead of pollution by marine outfall to return natural water cycles to the land - to alleviate climate change, and foster food production onshore while simultaneously reclaiming waste for renewable energy and valued by-products. Onshore & Offshore partner technologies include waste to biogas production for power generation, ship hull vacuum cleaning, and ancillary solar/wind power generation for water disinfection to land re-distribution.

Primary objectives are to facilitate an end to marine pollution for protection of marine ecosystems through best available technology adoption centred upon readily scale-able, pioneering technologies already in-market and in-use today. Secondary objectives include consequential demonstration of dramatic improvements in sanitation and ecosystem health, and immediate availability of sustainable water resource(s) for agriculture to foster eco-social balance wherever communities reside.

Implementation through scaled modular installation will allow for progressive, yet relatively rapid technology transfer with support from Baleen's existing multi-national technology partners and collaboration of Community/Finance Partner(s). Follow-up mechanisms include complete technology support on both in-kind and commercial terms to realise a 'whole of life return on investment within just 10-Years of implementation.

Governance ordinance of said Green Infrastructure is to be directed by Community Partner(s) at community level in collaboration with Baleen/Technology partners and will involve the negotiation and agreement of required offtake guarantees to the satisfaction of Finance Partner(s) to ensure sustainable eco-business practice for the benefit of future generations.

The scope and depth of such voluntary commitment is subject only to the scope of collaborative commitment from participating Community/Finance Partner(s) keen to facilitate a necessary shift in paradigm from traditional Wastewater Pollution to sustainable Water Reclamation. This Project is readily able to end marine wastewater pollution as a practical, relatively short-term Climate Action on a global stage with the will and collaboration of the Global Community.

In short, this submission is about raising awareness of much needed best in class technology to realise improved sanitation, reduced poverty, and balanced biodiversity.
