    Description

    "Sharek 2030" is the first interactive mobile application that aims to: • Raise citizen's awareness of development programs and projects and their performance indicators. • Giving citizens the opportunity for effective participatory monitoring, suggesting initiatives and projects. • Providing detailed data for the most important mega programs and initiative such as “Decent Life” initiative, 100 million health, etc. Methodology: The application depends on several sources of data that are displayed on the application, including: • Government Program (18/2019 - 21/2022). • Monitoring Reports. • The "citizen's plan" issued by the ministry of planning annually for all governorates of the Arab Republic of Egypt. • “Decent Life” Monitoring and Evaluation Electronic System.

    Expected Impact

    • The application displays the sustainable development goals (SDGs), and linking each goal with implemented programs and related KPIs, which helps to increase citizen awareness of the sustainable development goals. • Leaving no one behind in data availability, by providing data on the most important projects and performance indicators for all citizens, to improve transparency. • Involving citizens in planning and monitoring process.
