Description
We work with local, regional, and national stakeholders to provide education around the benefits of clean energy. Physically, this translates to less health problems and clean air to breathe, due to decreased air pollution. Socially, women and children are able to put time savings into education or alternative employment. Economically, money is freed up in the home for other family needs.
Additionally, by partnering with regional professionals who provide expertise in manufacturing, distribution, sales, and marketing, we strengthen local and national economies; these partnerships create employment opportunities while bridging gender gaps.
Smart regulations, tax policies and standards are critical to sustainable, successful clean energy businesses. We work with all stakeholders through workshops and other practical forums to design policies that support clean fuels and household appliances.
Truly believing in an approach that focuses on access, quality, and people means that we are providing a product that is available, affordable and useable to everyone from a high wage earner to the base of the pyramid customer. The stoves and fuel are durable and dependable, with overall attention to quality products and customer care resulting in a great experience for the consumer. Focusing on customer care ensures that every person has the information they need to feel empowered, and make a choice that is healthier for their families. Team members are provided tools to grow and given opportunities for leadership, so that they also are compelled to promote a culture that believes each person is part of the solution.
