Description
D’ici 2021, permettre au Gabon de disposer d’au moins 330 organes associatifs structurés, qui ont une capacité dans la mise en œuvre des mécanismes et des actions de lutte contre la pauvreté, la précarité, l’exclusion sociale et la promotion des droits humains. Améliorer les capacités des leaders associatifs en management des organes associatifs (gouvernance associative) ; Améliorer les capacités des organes associatifs et des promoteurs individuels en matière d’élaboration et de gestion des projets à but lucratif pour leur autonomisation (création et gestion des AGR) ; Améliorer et permettre aux organes associatifs et aux promoteurs individuels d’acquérir les connaissances en production, conservation, transformation et commercialisation de produits (agricole, artisanal, prestations des services, …) ; Appuyer et accompagner les organes associatifs et les promoteurs individuels dans l’acquisition des moyens nécessaires au démarrage des AGR (financier, matériels, etc.) ; améliorer les conditions d’accès aux services sociaux de base par l’autonomisation des GEF.
