Description
Our commitment is to train 500 women to connect these life-changing technologies with more than 250,000 people in eastern Indonesia by 2017. As part of the ENERGIA International Network on Gender and Sustainable Energy, we are strongly committed to opening up new economic opportunities for women through energy access. Alongside our women’s empowerment programs, we are also committed to responding to emergencies such as the recent Nepal earthquake and Typhoon Haiyan in the Philippines by connecting clean energy technologies with disaster-devastated communities.
