La démarche RSE s' articule autour de trois piliers que nous considérons comme majeurs:-L' intégration du développement durable dans l' ensemble des parcours de formation.-Le développement de la recherche académique en matière de responsabilité sociétale.-La gestion responsable de l' école et son ancrage territorial. Le GROUPE SUP DE CO LA ROCHELLE s'engage dans plusieurs initiatives, projets et programmmes.Au sein de l' initiative "Biclos Sup de Co", mise en place en 2010, un parc de 200 vélos est disponible pour le personnel et les étudiants afin d'encourager les déplacements écologiques et économiques. Depuis 2013, le Group SUP de la CO Rochelle s'engage dans l' organisation d'un colloque de 2 jours avec 50 intervenants sur la transition énergétique. L 'initiative s'appelle UNIVERSITE D'ETE E5T.La normalisation en développement durable ne fait pas encore l’objet de travaux suffisants pour le management de l’entreprise. La Chaire «Responsabilité sociétale et ISO 26000» œuvre pour l’opérationnalisation de la responsabilité sociétale par la norme ISO 26000. L’objet est d'identifier des outils pour l'opérationnalisation et la maitrise de la responsabilité sociétale dans les entreprises, d'observer son apprentissage et son appropriation par le personnel, son intégration dans les processus et ainsi de consolider le management des risques et RSE. Dans le cadre de l'engagement "Déploiement de la Responsabilité Sociétale via l'ISO 26000 au sein de l'Etablissement", le Groupe Sup de Co La Rochelle a su constituer, depuis de nombreuses années, une expertise de haut niveau dans le domaine de la Responsabilité Sociétale (RS) et du Développement Durable (DD). Par ailleurs, le Groupe, en tant que membre de la CGE, où plus globalement, en tant qu’organisation, a de facto des engagements forts à tenir sur cette thématique. Le Groupe Sup de Co La Rochelle a lancé son Programme Humacité en 2005. La mission Humacité a pour objectif les valeurs humaines et de révéler la maturité et le potentiel humain des manageurs de demain. Manager c'est comprendre les autres pour les mobiliser. Au sein du Groupe Sup de Co La Rochelle, la mission Humacité est un parti pris pédagogique qui permet à chacun de se révéler a soi et aux autres et tout au long de sa vie professionnelle. C'est pourquoi une mission Humacité est devenue indispensable à l'obtention des diplômes de Sup de Co La Rochelle.Le projet « Jeudis de l’IRSI » vise à diffuser la connaissance et la prospective en matière RS/DD à La Rochelle, dans et hors de l’Ecole, avec des intervenants reconnus.

Implementation of the Project/Activity

Le projet s' illustre à travers les actions suivantes :-Favoriser, notamment à travers les chaires d' entreprises, le travail de recherche appliquée et académique. L' école compte 47 enseignants chercheurs dont 16 qui travaillent directement en lien avec le développement durable. la thématique DD-RSE a très largement nourri la production académique et les étudiants des masters Environnement et Développement Durable ont directement été impliqués sur des projets liés aux chaires.-L'Universite' a défini de grands axes d amélioration en matière de consommation d énergie : ajustement des systèmes de chauffage, investissement de matériel et sensibilisation interne à la maîtrise de consommation.-La réduction des émissions de gaz à effet de serre de l'etablissement ; le bilan carbone de 2010 montre que 69% des émissions de CO2 proviennent de la mobilité. L' objectif est donc de promouvoir l' utilisation de moyens de transports moins polluants, notamment avec le dispositif « biclo » (vélos prêtés aux étudiants pour l' année) et un partenariat avec la RTCR (Réseau du Transport Communautaire Rochelaise).
