Description
Encourage formal employment contracts , promote formalization , extend social security to domestic workers who were previously excluded. Promote the professionalization of domestic work through vocational training and a salary scale corresponding to the level of qualification and experience. Develop legal compliance campaigns that integrate awareness of workers and employers of their rights and responsibilities. Foster the participation and representation of domestic workers and their employers, with a view to concluding social dialogue and collective bargaining agreements. Open up a promising avenue for combining the various approaches to formalization.
