    Our strategic Objectives as Shuumbwa Pride Initiative (SPI) The following overarching objectives will be pursued during the lifespan of the organization 1. Improving integrated health delivery services with special emphasis on sexual and reproductive health, family planning, and HIV prevention through community sensitization, guidance /counselling, referrals, and linkage creation. 2. Increase access to quality education through the provision of education and psycho-social support services to marginalized children and youths. 3. Promoting gender equity and equality and women empowerment initiatives for sustainable socio-economic development among marginalized communities & individuals 4. To promote vocational training and life skills development for youth, self–help groups for sustainable livelihoods among youths with community participation. 5. Promotion of advocacy and support for women and children’s rights with focus on the vulnerable & less privileged children & households in the community. Our Work involves Improving integrated Health delivery services with special emphasis on Sexual and Reproductive Health issues, Family Planning, and HIV Prevention through Community sensitization, Guidance and Counselling, Referrals, and linkage Creation. In line with the Millennium Development Goals 3 and 5 which are to reduce child mortality rate and improve maternal health respectively our organization will strategically endeavor to address these health services that are seriously undersupplied by the government in rural communities of Zambia.  Promote health education in the prevention and control of disease, epidemic, and infection of any sort at the community and district level  Facilitate HIV prevention, care, treatment, and mitigation services  Promote the assessment and effects of climate change on human health adaptation for sustainable development needs in communities.  Support reproductive health and family planning management initiatives  Strengthen, support, and establish the referral systems The effects of the HIV and AIDS pandemic are being felt in schools where the number of Orphaned & Vulnerable Children (OVCs) has increased significantly. In some instances, the girl child is forced into prostitution or early marriage to fend for the family while the boy child is taken to herd cattle or ends up indulging. Geographical Targeting: Our interventions are initially being implemented in the Lusaka Province of Zambia, later expanded to the uttermost of the country Shuumbwa Pride Initiative (SPI) works in Zambia’s rural and urban communities, where access to services is the poorest. SPI works with the most vulnerable youth, women, and children. We seek to improve the quality of life of individuals within organized groups; Orphans and vulnerable children and adolescents, Young women < 25 years, People living with HIV, The disabled, Youth < 25 years.  SPI is governed by a board of trustees which is the policy-making body and is responsible for providing overall leadership and vision of the organization. The board is also responsible for policy formulation, rules, and guides the management team in policy implementation. The board is also responsible for the recruitment of staff and volunteers to ensure that the organization operates according to its constitution. SPI has two sub-committees; namely; finance and welfare sub-committee to ensure the smooth running of the organizations' activities.

    -Improving integrated Health delivery services with special emphasis on Sexual and Reproductive Health issues, Family Planning, and HIV Prevention through Community sensitization, Guidance and Counselling, Referrals, and linkage Creation.     Adoption of a community school and ensure that we have our partners and potential partners help to transform its physical structure to be adopted as government school and accommodate more vulnerable non- learners

    Teach them skills from various existing skills they have to what they do not have to help improve income and health status in their homes as well as improve their social economic status
