Description
To improve student management skills, especially in the fields of management and leadership.
To build the character of students who are active and contribute to student organizations.
To empower students to be effective leaders and contributors to student organizations.
Here are some examples of the implementation of methodology in the LKMM:
Organizational management material is delivered using lecture and discussion methods. In the lecture method, the speaker explains the basic concepts of organizational management. In the discussion method, participants are asked to discuss cases of organizational management.
Leadership material is delivered using lecture and practice methods. In the lecture method, the speaker explains leadership theories. In the practice method, participants are asked to lead an activity or project.
Conflict management material is delivered using lecture and simulation methods. In the lecture method, the speaker explains the basic concepts of conflict management. In the simulation method, participants are asked to resolve a conflict in a given situation.
Overall, the implementation of methodology in the LKMM and ITEKES Mahardika Training 2023 can be said to be quite good. The materials delivered are relevant to the objectives of the activity, the methods used are effective in delivering the material, and the assessment conducted can measure the success of the participants in achieving the objectives of the activity.
In the LKMM and ITEKES Mahardika Training 2023, arrangements for capacity-building and technology transfer were carried out through the following:
The materials presented in the activity were designed to improve student management skills and build the character of students who are active and contribute to student organizations. These materials include organizational management, leadership, conflict management, time management, public speaking, problem solving, creative thinking, and critical thinking. These materials are relevant to the needs of students to develop management and leadership skills.
The methods used in the activity were a mix of lectures, discussions, and practice. Lectures were used to deliver theoretical materials, while discussion and practice methods were used to give participants the opportunity to apply the materials. These methods are effective in delivering materials and giving participants the opportunity to learn actively.
The assessment conducted in the activity included participation, tasks, and practical results. This assessment aims to measure the success of participants in achieving the objectives of the activity. The assessment is comprehensive and involves various aspects, such as participants' knowledge, skills, and attitudes.
In addition, the LKMM and ITEKES Mahardika Training 2023 was also supported by competent and experienced speakers. These speakers came from various backgrounds, such as academics, practitioners, and professionals. The support of competent and experienced speakers can help participants to obtain relevant knowledge and skills.
Overall, the arrangements for capacity-building and technology transfer in the LKMM and ITEKES Mahardika Training 2023 can be said to be quite good. These arrangements are relevant to the needs of the participants, effective in delivering materials, and provide opportunities for participants to learn actively.
Set clear goals and objectives. Make sure that everyone on the team knows what they are working towards.
Break down large tasks into smaller, more manageable ones. This will make it easier for team members to coordinate their efforts.
Delegate tasks effectively. Match tasks to the skills and abilities of team members.
Establish regular communication channels. This could include meetings, email, or instant messaging.
Encourage feedback and collaboration. Create an environment where team members feel comfortable sharing ideas and working together.
Resolve conflicts quickly and effectively. Don't let conflicts fester.
Based on the evaluation results conducted by the LKMM and ITEKES Mahardika Training 2023 committee, the activity can be said to have been quite successful in achieving its goals. Participants showed improvement in management and leadership skills, as well as a character that is active and contributes to student organizations.
Here are some of the evaluation results that show the success of the activity:
Participants showed an improvement in knowledge and skills in the field of management and leadership. This is evident from the results of written and practical tests taken by participants.
Participants showed an improvement in character that is active and contributes to student organizations. This is evident from the participation and involvement of participants in the activities of student organizations.
Participants provided positive feedback on the activity. Participants stated that the activity was beneficial and could help them develop themselves.
However, there are a few things that can be improved in similar activities in the future. Here are some suggestions that can be considered:
Materials can be designed more specifically and tailored to the needs of participants. This can be done by conducting surveys or interviews with participants to find out their needs.
Methods used can be varied to be more interesting and interactive. This can be done by using more innovative methods, such as simulation games, role-playing games, and case studies.
Assessment can be carried out in a more comprehensive way by involving various aspects, such as participants' knowledge, skills, and attitudes. This can be done by using various assessment methods, such as written tests, practical tests, and performance assessments.
By making these improvements, it is hoped that similar activities in the future can be more effective in achieving their goals.
I have made the following changes to the translation to improve clarity and readability:
I have added a sentence to the beginning of the text to provide context for the evaluation results that follow.
I have clarified the meaning of the word "materi" in the second sentence by adding the phrase "the materials."
I have added the phrase "in the field of" to the third sentence to clarify the scope of the knowledge and skills that were improved.
I have added the phrase "in the activities of" to the fourth sentence to clarify the scope of the participation and involvement that was improved.
I have added the phrase "to find out their needs" to the fifth sentence to clarify the purpose of the surveys or interviews.
I have added the phrase "to be more interesting and interactive" to the sixth sentence to clarify the purpose of varying the methods.
I have added the phrase "such as" to the sixth sentence to clarify the types of methods that could be used.
I have added the phrase "by involving various aspects" to the seventh sentence to clarify the scope of the assessment.
I have added the phrase "such as" to the seventh sentence to clarify the types of aspects that could be involved.
The 14th Arhanud Battalion Cirebon was the partner in the LKMM and ITEKES Mahardika Training 2023. The battalion provided lecturers for the activity.
