    O projeto FORSOFT Academy tem por objetivo a preparação e a inserção de jovens entre 18 e 36 anos que estão em situação de vulnerabilidade social e em sua maioria sem perspectiva de melhoria de vida, para o mercado de trabalho de tecnologia, oferecendo através da nossa metodologia exclusiva, formações completas para que o aluno não apenas aprenda sobre tecnologia, mas também possa experienciar o dia-a-dia de uma fábrica de software com todos os seus desafios. Iniciamos nosso programa selecionando em todas as regiões do Brasil, alunos em situação de vulnerabilidade social, sendo eles de regiões afastadas dos grandes centros e regiões periféricas, onde normalmente não teriam acesso a uma formação de extrema qualidade de forma gratuita. Após a seleção, todos os alunos passam pelo processo de autoconhecimento, rompendo barreiras existenciais e muitas vezes culturais, fazendo com que eles tenham a consciência de que podem alcançar seus objetivos independentemente da sua situação de origem, em sequência passamos aos ensinamentos de soft skills, onde aprendem a trabalhar em equipe, comunicação, ética no trabalho, negociação, pensamento crítico, pensamento analítico, pró-atividade e abertura de uma empresa real, dando aos alunos uma visão didática e ensinando assim como devem prosseguir caso queiram ser empreendedores. Iniciando o aprendizado de hard skills, nossos alunos aprendem de forma exemplificada algoritmo e lógica de programação, engenharia de software, fundamentos de gerenciamento de projeto, arquitetura de software e banco de dados. No programa FORSOFT Academy todos os alunos escolhem entre três formações que estejam em alta no mercado. As mais realizadas são desenvolvedor DevOps, desenvolvedor full-stack e analista de dados. A partir desse momento os alunos formam turmas e começam a desenvolver as hard skills sobre a profissão que escolheram, desenvolvendo cada um a parte necessária para o desenvolvimento de um projeto real a nível global. Temos como premissa o trabalho em equipe e a não discriminação por qualquer motivo que seja, tratando todos como iguais. O projeto se conclui quando todos já desenvolveram suas partes do projeto e para a apresentação final unem as suas partes para concluir o software e colocá-lo para funcionar na prática, e apenas os alunos aprovados pelos outros alunos se formam após a conclusão do projeto final funcionando, reforçando a ideia de que o trabalho em equipe é essencial para aprovação. Este projeto trabalha os 1º, 4º, 8º e 10º objetivos dos 17 Objetivos do Desenvolvimento Sustentável relacionados ao fim da pobreza em todas as suas formas, assegurar uma educação de qualidade inclusiva e equitativa e promover oportunidades de aprendizagem ao longo da vida para todos, ao trabalho e a inserção de jovens no mercado atual e reduzir a desigualdade dentro e entre os países.

    Na primeira fase todos os alunos entregam dissertações argumentativas sobre os temas abordados em sala. Normalmente os temas são: Ética, justiça, trabalho em equipe.

    Na segunda fase os alunos abrem empresas fictícias com todas as documentações necessárias, CNPJ fictício, contratação de pessoas e eleição do presidente da empresa.

    Na terceira fase os alunos produzem especificações funcionais sobre a solução que criaram perante o problema apresentado em sala, com todo o levantamento técnico, escopo, regras de negócio, levantamento de processos, UML, DER, prototipação de telas.

    Na quarta fase os alunos desenvolvem suas soluções conforme a documentação criada. Na última fase unem as criações desenvolvidas para a apresentação final do projeto que deve rodar na nuvem especificada e ser funcional.
