Background
The Division for Sustainable Development Goals, DESA, in collaboration with the participating local governments and the United Nations Resident Coordinator’s Office and the United Nations Country Team (UNCT), is organizing a national multistakeholder inception workshop on voluntary local reviews (VLRs) in Paraguay. It will launch a package of activities designed to support the preparation of VLRs by municipal authorities in the Chaco region. The inception workshop will bring together representatives of local government, stakeholders, and members of the UN Country Team.
