Statement of Islamic Republic of Iran On means of implementation
1--On relationship of Addis outcome with document with Post-2015, we stress that para 19 of the Addis outcome defines it sufficiently. Any new language at this stage represents an attempt to re-negotiate Addis outcome.
2--Move the text welcoming Addis to Section 3 along with the footnote - If this is retained in Declaration, then para 60 should be moved to above this.
3--No need to annexing Addis Ababa outcome document, this undermines its status as an independent document.
4--Insist on retaining the whole para 123 of Addis outcome on TFM based on the Gentlemen's agreement.
