- reinsert the first sentence of para 41 from the previous version ("Official development assistance remains a primary means of supporting the sustainable development needs of countries and regions, in particular African countries, least developed countries, landlocked developing countries and small island developing states and a number of middle-income countries”)

- support proposal by G77 and China on inserting para 71 from Addis Action Agenda as new para 60 bis

- support broad understanding of CBDR principle in the text.
