Australia would like to make two quick factual comments on the summary.
Paragraph 46: This paragraph seems to draw a number of different points that were
combined into a single paragraph which may not accurately reflect the intent ? it
should be reviewed by the Co-Chairs. Our recollection was that this proposal was
made by a single country.
Paragraph 49: This paragraph should more accurately reflect the extent of support for
the proposal. It was proposed by a single country and supported by several.
Australia would also support the suggestion of Guatemala about the insertion of a
chapeau paragraph indicating that this document is a summary document and does not
reflect a consensus.
