Description
Implementación de un modelo para demostrar la efectividad de servicios integrados a nivel local y promover la garantía plena de sus derechos en el marco de la Ley 285/2022 Que establece el Sistema de Garantías y Protección Integral de niñez y adolescencia.
Desarrollo de la formación de profesionales locales, normas, estándares y protocolos de coordinación.
Los Servicios Comunitarios para la Niñez y la Adolescencia, están siendo coordinados por el Ministerio de Desarrollo Social en conjunto con el equipo técnico nacional conformado por representantes de la SENNIAF, MINSA y MEDUCA. A nivel territorial por promotores sociales, promotores de salud, trabajadores sociales, docentes, agentes comunitarios y dirigentes locales. En este proceso UNICEF contribuye en asistencia técnica, incluso en el desarrollo de la formación de profesionales locales, normas, estándares y protocolos de coordinación.
Los efectos intermedios del modelo serán evaluados dos años después de comenzada su implementación (evaluación formativa en 2025) y cuatro años después de comenzada su implementación (evaluación sumativa en 2027).
