Description
we release these juvenile fish in our MPAs to recreate disappeared stocks (25,000/year). Also we realised a network of MPA community based with 3 villages in our bay, with a team of 9 guards patrolling 24h/7. We build a Marine Research Center for education, commitment and scientific research
we start livelihood activity, aquaculture and sea grass, to reduce pressure of the marine ressource . All its actions and developments are carried out in collaboration with indigenous people, political representatives and fishermen's associations from all the villages. The government and local authorities are asking us to replicate this in the neighbor bay of 160,000 ha.
