WITH THE FOLLOWING ACTIONS: 1. STRENGTHEN THE DISSEMINATION AND UNRESTRICTED RESPECT OF THE ROAD CULTURE GUIDE OF THE SECRETARIAT OF MOBILITY OF THE CITY OF MEXICO. 2. PROMOTE AMENDMENTS IN THE LEGISLATION REGARDING MOBILITY OR TRANSPORTATION IN THE COUNTRIES THAT ARE MEMBERS OF THE EUROPEAN UNION. (A MISSIVE FROM THE GENERAL DIRECTORATE OF MOBILITY AND TRANSPORTATION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION IS ATTACHED TO THE CALCE) 3. PROMOTE TARGET 11.2 OF SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOAL 11, WHICH SAYS: "By 2030, provide access to safe, affordable, accessible and sustainable transport systems for all and improve road safety, in particular by expanding public transport, paying particular attention to the needs of people in vulnerable situations, women, children, people with disabilities and the elderly. " 4. TO REFORM MOBILITY AND / OR TRAFFIC / TRANSPORTATION LAWS OR REGULATIONS AND INCORPORATE AN EXCLUSIVE CHAPTER FOR CYCLISTS INFRINGING THE SIGNS AND ROAD ORDERS. 5. FORM ALLIANCES WITH INDEPENDENT CYCLISTS, ORGANIZATIONS, LOCAL, SUBNATIONAL, NATIONAL AUTHORITIES AND INTERGOVERNMENTAL ORGANIZATIONS, IN ACCORDANCE WITH SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOAL 17. 6. RECLASSIFY PERSONAL MOBILITY VEHICLES (ELECTRIC AND COMBUSTION ENGINES), TO BE EXCLUDED FROM THE LANES DESIGNATED FOR CYCLISTS, BECAUSE OF THE DANGER WHAT IT MEANS AND CAN CAUSE A VEHICLE TRAVELING AT A SPEED OF 25 KM / H AT 45 KM / H APPROXIMATE WEIGHT OF 25KG PLUS THE USER OR DRIVER, WHICH TRANSLATES TO A GRAVITY ROAD CLAIM (THE INFORMATION SHEET ON SPEED AND ROAD CLAIMS IS SHARED). 7. PROMOTE THE CONTRACTING OF INSURANCE OR MEDICAL EXPENSES POLICY AND DAMAGES TO THIRD PARTIES IN THE CASE OF A ROAD ACCIDENT, DUE TO FREQUENT ACCIDENTS IN THE USE OF PERSONAL MOBILITY VEHICLES, WHICH MAY CAUSE, FROM DISLOCATION, LOSS OF COLLAPSE OF MOBILITY CERVICAL, UP TO CRANIOENEPHALIC INJURY.
