Description
    Intro

The "Party to solve regional problems" aims to "protect and promote their own town planning by themselves", centering on the Kitaku-ku, Tokyo area, about the way people live in the area and how communities should be , A group to discuss issues freely with people in various positions and manage "regional tasks in Kita Ward".

    Objective of the practice

    <Activity objective> is as follows.
1. Information sharing that can not be solved by the administration alone is shared in the region
2. Make a face-to-face relationship in the community, a place to exchange views
3. In the town council, there are issues with "aging of officers", "fixed participating members", "declining subscription rate" There is a challenge Besides the town council / self-governing association,

While utilizing the power of private enterprises, we will identify regional issues and carry out sustainable regional development through initiatives aimed at problem-solving.
In particular, we are working on solving the problem of regional comprehensive medical care.

1. Implement medical and welfare measures by aging (to ensure healthy living for all people of all ages, promote welfare)
In North District, the highest aging rate in 23 wards has been achieved, and the role of medical care and welfare is regarded as important.

2. Implementation of environmental improvement in regional infrastructure
In Kita Ward there are problems of insufficient parking space for bicycles due to population increase, urgent task of disaster prevention measures due to population density, aging buildings etc.

3. Implementation of information development by strengthening cooperation within the neighborhood self-government association
In Kita-ku, it is necessary to enhance the openness of information in the administration of self-governing associations in the neighborhood.

    Partners
Efforts to promote economic growth by participating in such professionals and companies as medical, welfare, nursing care, law etc.
There is also sustainable development can be expected. In addition, by mutual synergy by sharing information among regions
    Effect can be expected.
    Implementation of the Project/Activity

Parties needing comprehensive medical care, their families, medical teams, suppliers
Relationship building which can mutually help each other is not limited to “Kita -ku”, but it is common to all regions in Japan
In the sense that it is working on the task,
It is consistent with the spirit of "Do not leave anyone alone" of SDGs and has universality that can be applied in other areas.

Voluntary involvement of local residents and stakeholders who share awareness of issues,
It has significance to be able to make a "face-visible relationship".
With regard to the path to solution by extracting issues of status from a different perspective from the administration,
The creation of a place where you can freely exchange opinions promotes the creation of a sustainable community.

By sending out information on SNS such as Facebook and LINE and homepage etc, we will
Transparency is guaranteed by telling the initiatives.
Accountability will be guaranteed by reporting activities by holding regular meetings.

    Results/Outputs/Impacts
On December 22, 2018, "SDGs Summit 2018" was held at Kita-ku facilities "Hoku-ToPia".
We had invited municipal SDGS promotion officials, venture companies to address the issues of SDGs, ward council members working on regional comprehensive medical care, civilians working on "the zero bullying" "the zero" suicide movement, facilitators working on educational activities of SDGs through card games I gave you a presentation.
We participated in many people interested in SDGs.
    Enabling factors and constraints
As a result, many groups of human networks related to SDGs are being formed.
For example, in the case of "Kita-ku", the temple is not simply a religious facility,
There is a movement to utilize the people of the area as a community place to be easily collected. University students, local companies and local ward parliamentarians are cooperating.
    Sustainability and replicability
In order to build a relationship that has a visible face, the community needs to be open to the Society.

It is important that anyone can join or be low on the threshold to be involved in administration. In the state where only the same members are always participating, new members become difficult to join and the activity stagnates.

It is important to create an atmosphere where more people can freely gather by preparing events of interest.

Economic motivation is also necessary and creating a mechanism to generate profits is a future subject.
    Conclusions

Everyone "living in a healthy and happy aging society", "advanced medical treatment, being able to receive end-of-life care safely"
I hope for "smooth communication with my neighbors".
In particular, it is necessary for future society to support "watching" to the elderly throughout the region.
It is possible to participate in a wide range of citizens, organizations, and companies by creating an organization of "communities supporting each other".

Various challenges of Kita Ward (disaster prevention, town association · self-governing association, child rearing support, condominium countermeasure, bicycle problem, aging etc.)
For each party to freely discuss from a different position and solve it
We aim at thinking and promoting measures on our own.
Regarding the way of living in the region and the way of community,
(1) Information on regional issues that the administration alone can not solve
(2) Facial-visible relationships in the area, a forum for exchange of opinions
(3) I am working on creating an organization that can share a new community composed of volunteers who share the issue consciousness, not existing communities such as town councils.

Particularly, "Association for thinking about regional issues in Kita-ku" focuses on regional comprehensive medical care,
Parties and stakeholders such as doctors, nurses, care managers, helpers, nursing care industry etc. gather regularly
We hold a discussion meeting to solve issues.
