    Our main initiative is to use our brand as a platform for creating awareness on conscious consumerism, redefine “retail therapy” for a responsible consumer who operates from a holistic sustainable perspective towards fashion in order to enhance human experience on the planet. This will be achieved by focus on raising awareness on sustainable, slow fashion and conscious consumer habits, work with artisans and small sized enterprises and empowering women from all walks of life.

    Implementation of the Project/Activity

    The communication strategy target is implemented at the level of quarterly and monthly SM Content Plan following the requirement guidelines and on monthly basis the SM reports are reviewed by the Management for the targets and KPIs achieved. Any gaps are identified are addressed with measures. The well-known online platform ETSY for all handmade and artisanal work is used to identify and establish contacts with handmade and certified artisans, weavers and small enterprise suppliers. Once the artisan or shop is identified, material orders are placed through Etsy. Our current crochet and handknit pieces were produced by women artisans and independent weavers. We work with women weavers from Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Armenia and make sure that we are able to provide them more work through our projects to empower them economically and help them grow their businesses. 

    Arrangements for Capacity-Building and Technology Transfer

    Knowledge sharing across our organisation and with the wider circle of industry players like suppliers, vendors, weavers, tailors, photographers, showrooms, shops and e-commerce platform etc, we will continue to use electronic communications ranging between emails, google meet conference calls, WhatsApp groups especially because our organisation is globally spread and most of our supplier and service providers are in various countries. As for as our target audience and beneficiaries including customers, stylists, fashionistas, and general public consumers we will maintain heavy presence on Instagram, Pinterest and Facebook where we will continue to post content materials related to our initiatives. For the pure purpose of sharing our hands on experience on how to live in a conscious consumerist world and support women entrepreneurs we plan on activating and maintaining presence on other platforms like Twitter, TikTok and LinkedIn and setting up new networks with other complementary industries communities especially associated with innovation and digital fashion. We also plans to publish blogs on the topic of our project initiatives on collab basis with other independent online magazines and platforms sustainable fashion e-commerce platforms like Plain Tiger and Wolf and Badger for independent designers. 

    Coordination mechanisms

    On company level, the initiative is governed by the company strategy policies for being a conscious fashion business, integrating sustainability principles in every stage of our processes. Our communication strategy targets to have 30-40% of our social media content on IG, FB and other similar platforms promote sustainable and conscious fashion principles. Our product design and production strategy requirement is to establish local and international direct collaboration and engagement with small enterprises /independent tailor workshops and artisans for the creation of handmade pieces and artisanal couture. Our operations strategy target is to achieve 50% women entrepreneurial representation throughout our production / supply chains / partners.  

    Evaluation

    Our project / organisation has the potential and strength to go into phy-digital fashion where we would create our physical piece digitally as a way to implement sustainable and conscious fashion through innovation and technology.
