    Description
    The Grassroots Peace Development Initiative is targeted to promote peace at local level in Nigeria, since to achieve any sustainable development sustainable peace has to be in place.
    Expected Impact

    To implement our objective various inclusions have to be considered, especially the involvement of the media and other well-meaning civil society organisations, in order to raise the awareness about the Grassroots Peace Development Initiative as well as to organise advocacy programs with a view to ensuring that our goal for sustainable peace has been achieved.

    Capacity

    Holding regular trainings, organising workshops, encouraging town hall meetings among stakeholders using any possible means as to ensure the achievement of the project's goal.

    In recognition to our objective to achieve grassroots peace, our association has already put in place a special mechanism – namely, the inclusion of social media platforms as a tool to achieve our objective and the engagement of government institutions, volunteers, peace practitioners and other relevant stakeholders such as corporate partners that will help us network our objective to various grassroots as aforementioned
