    El Centro de Emprendimiento Impulsa es un espacio destinado a generar acciones que permitan fomentar, orientar, asesorar, potencializar y compartir los emprendimientos de la comunidad académica U Del Istmo, con el fin de innovar e impactar con el desarrollo de la economía y la sociedad. Este es un espacio físico de trabajo colaborativo para estudiantes, graduados, docentes, administrativos y otros beneficiarios que se identifiquen como parte de la estrategia de fomento e impulso al emprendimiento que desarrolla la Universidad del Istmo en el marco de la Extensión Universitaria. El Centro de Emprendimiento Impulsa esta dividido por zonas de trabajo con el fin de garantizar el desarrollo armónico de las diversas actividades, contemplando los recursos y espacios disponibles: *Zona de Conferencias (Mesa de 8 puestos): Espacio destinado para realizar reuniones de más de 2 personas con el fin de generar acuerdos y trabajo colaborativo, utilizando el televisor o el proyector provistos para esta mesa de reuniones. *Zona de Consultas (Tablets): Recurso destinado para consultas rápidas de los usuarios con el fin de contar con información relacionada a los proyectos y actividades que desarrollan o para tener acceso a los servicios relacionados al Centro de Emprendimiento o la Dirección de Desarrollo, Cooperación y Sostenibilidad. *Zona de Trabajo (Computadoras e Impresoras): Recurso destinado para desarrollar trabajos relacionados con el emprendimiento de los usuarios y que requieran de una capacidad particular para la obtención de un producto como diseños o materiales multimedia, así como en el uso de algún software habilitado para apoyar en la gestión de los proyectos. *Zona de Reuniones (Mesas de 2 puestos): Espacio habilitado para atender reuniones cortas entre 2 personas, con el fin de generar acuerdos y colaboración en el marco de un emprendimiento. *Zona de Creatividad (Pantalla Interactiva): Espacio y Recurso habilitado para generar la construcción de emprendimiento, acompañar los mismos de forma colaborativa y realizar actividades de fomento a ideas creativas, contando con una pantalla interactiva que permite conectarse con usuarios en línea y que permita ampliar el espectro de acción de los emprendimientos. *Zona de Concentración (Mesón para Laptops): Espacio para fomentar el trabajo que requiere concentración de cara a la generación de emprendimientos de los usuarios y que puedan desarrollar utilizando los equipos de laptops personales y con la conexión a Internet provista por el Centro de Emprendimiento.
