- Regular meetings and consultation with the global partners to advance the development of the global methodology to identify suitable areas for irrigation.- Regular meetings and consultation with the global partners to develop a methodology for detecting biophysical suitability both for irrigated and rainfed areas.
- Regular meetings and consultations with national experts to examine national data and assess the adequacy of thematic inventories, and compile a framework for mapping irrigation potential based on a consultative process and expert inputs.
