Ms. Sofia Martinez has nearly 20 years of professional experience in sustainable energy, climate change, development and international cooperation both in the private and public sector. She is currently seconded from the Spanish Ministry for the Ecological Transition in the EU's Directorate-General for International Cooperation and Development.
