Background
Meetings of the 2nd Global Round Table on Pollutant Release and Transfer Registers (2nd GRT on PRTRs), the 18th OECD Task Force on PRTRs and its Bureau (18th TF on PRTRs) and the 4th Working Group of the Parties to the Protocol on PRTRs and (4th WGPP on PRTRs) will take place, next November 2015, in Madrid, under the auspices of the UN/ECE and the OECD and hosted by the Government of Spain, constituting what has been called the “International PRTR Week”.
