Background
The EGM on the Global Sustainable Development Report: Emerging issues and peer review was held in Paris, France from 13 to 14 October 2015. The main objective of the meeting was to discuss the role of scientific community in the GSDR process, to engage them in identification of emerging issues that could be included in the GSDR for consideration by policy makers, and to asks scientists their views on how the peer review process for the GSDR could be conducted.
