To develop effective, accountable and transparent institutions at all levels.
Undertaking performance audits that examine the economy, efficiency, and effectiveness of key government programmes and projects that contribute to specific aspects of the SDGs
Trainings and workshops will be conducted to build capacity in; 1) Performance auditing; 1. Debt mangement and sustainability; 2. SDGs preparedness and implementation audits 3. Monitoring and evaluation 4. Extractive industries 5. Public Finance management and reporting framework; 6. Data analysis: Officers need to be able to collect, analyze, and interpret data in order to assess the economy, efficiency, and effectiveness of public sector programmes and projects
