Sustained Dialogue for a healthy Environment at Ahfad University for Women
Description
The initiative uses the" Sustained Dialogue" methodology which is a conflict transforming methodology using prolonged dialogue to resolve conflicts between the parties to the conflict. The methodology or the SD helped the students to learn the root causes of their campus problems and build better strategies to address these root causes with new allies. SD seeks to transform relationships for the better through meaningful dialogue.SD creates a space for students to convey and exchange not just their opinions about contentious matters, but also the storiesand life experiences behind others’ perspectives.
