Description
Hungary commits to set up and operate a wastewater monitoring system to support surveillance of communicable and non-communicable diseases and antimicrobial resistance.
The COVID-19 pandemic has proven the value of wastewater surveillance in outbreak detection and management. Further expansion of surveillance to other public health targets will promote health and well-being of the population
