Description
    Description
Pi-Lo Shudh Pani Seva Foundation, is committed to fulfill the need of pure & safe drinking water of people during travelling. The technology ensures highest recovery of Water i.e., 90-95% and only 5-10% or lesser waste is generated. The 90-95% water recovery technology has enabled us to serve more people and waste least water. Adoption of this technology has resulted in eradication of 13,191,380.5 plastic pets. Till now we have dispensed and served 12,517,561.75 liters of water to 23,320,351 consumers. We are committed to ensure that our Water ATMs are serving the mankind by dispensing every drop of water pure and safe.
    Expected Impact

The present innovation is applied in the water purification technology which enables 90-95% recovery of the water leaving only 5-10% water as waste. This is done with a dream to serve the pure and safe drinking water to all. Our smart water ATM is capable of treating the water with up to 32000 ppm NaCl. This is one of the unique feature which makes the smart water ATM ready to deploy across the India with a plug and play technology.

Our technology is being used in the form of smart water ATMs across the India in its smaller version. This smart water ATM can be easily erected and transported to the desired location. Installation and making the smart water ATM functional remains to be an easy job for installation team and service engineers. Thus ensuring the dispensing of pure and safe drinking water complying with relevant standards becomes easy for the foundation and user friendly for people. At present the project is implanted in three states of India viz., Delhi, Uttar Pradesh and Bihar.

We have implemented and maintains a Quality Management System, with Water recycling system on total Water Management Concept meeting with all the requirements under the standard IS0 9001:2015, for Quality Management Systems requirements and a Fabrication team takes care of all the quality of materials like SS sheets, Steel tanks and other required instruments that are needed for erection of the machine. All the products are assembled and the embedded software for automation with all IT specifications used to fix in the machine and the product is ready to install.

The Management teams of the company in synchronization with all departments of the company keeps a track on the orders. People from the business development team bring present the idea of the company and procure orders. The finance department controls all aspects related to financial and costing issues. The technical department of the company resolves any of the technical glitches and Smoothen entire process related to technicalities.

    Capacity

Our technology is being used in the form of smart water ATMs across the India in its smaller version. This smart water ATM can be easily erected and transported to the desired location. Installation and making the smart water ATM functional remains to be an easy job for installation team and service engineers. Thus ensuring the dispensing of pure and safe drinking water complying with relevant standards becomes easy for the foundation and user friendly for people.

The Smart water ATM can we move from one place to another place very easily. It is just a smaller version of the technology which is being used by the foundation in terms of a water purification plant with 90-95% water recovery. The Smart water ATM can be installed at any location across the India due to its shape size and fees of installation. Though the Smart water ATM is fully automated, it is capable of dispensing the pure and safe drinking water without help of operator. But considering the social and human ground we deploy an operator on every water ATM and thereby generating the employment and helping them to live with dignity.

Our smart water ATM technology is capable dispensing up to 90-95% permeate, which is highest in India in its category, and leaves only 5-10% water as waste. Initially with the idea of highest water recovery we ensured up to 90-95% water recovery from our technology, which is yet maximum in India (patent filed), still we are in a process to recover more water.

    Governed

'Pi-Lo Smart Water ATMs have been successfully installed throughout India. This successful implementation of the conceived idea, to provide the pure drinking water at affordable cost is executed by the dedicated Teams of the company. The issues related to the implementation are brainstormed and finally reaching to fair & optimum solution in ensured. People starting from the design to execution team and the human resource at ‘Pi-lo’ contributes to the maximum of his/her efforts in order to successfully implement the whole project.

Design team is concerned about from the starting of raw water assessment and analysis. Along with the location assessment and finalizing the design and meeting and laying down all technical parameters is taken care by the design team.
The project execution team is a team of young and dynamic people who visit at different locations for freezing out the layout and preparing the Bill of Quantities.

Technical Activity and Backup Team remains in touch of installations and thereby keeping a track of the overall running condition and parameters of the plant.

Fabrication Team takes care of all the quality of materials like SS sheets, pumps, pipes, motors and other required instruments that are needed for erection of the machine.

For outside support we deal with companies; Climate Engineers and OMEGA they deal into technology influenced water filtration plant based on latest techniques for high quality purification system. For technically advanced RO systems with compatible sea membranes, they provide the components of RO systems. OMEGA Icehill Pvt. Ltd., provide tank and outer structure made of SS 304.

We have specialized training programme of one week to train the operators/service engineers in which we focuses on the process and functioning of machines, field visits etc.

We have a advisory board; a group of eminent dignitaries of their area of expertise to give advice and support whenever required. This group is helpful for purposes of fundraising and brainstorming to gather advice on specific issues and programmes.
