Description
-Réduire l'impact du Covid 19 sur l'économie du pays et les efforts de lutte contre la pauvreté
-diversifier la base des produits destinés à l'exportation
-Soutenir les couches vulnérables, notamment les jeunes et les femmes
-aider les structures d'accompagnement à être efficace
2. Méthodologie:
-Identifier au préalables les bénéficiaires qui sont les groupements agricoles et les coopératives ainsi que les structures d'accompagnement
-Renforcer les capacités de ces bénéficiaires( connaissances et les matériels adéquats)
3.Mécanisme de suivi:
-Des missions de suivi-évaluation des actions sur le terrain seront effectuées par les Experts de la Cellule de Gestion des Stratégie Sectorielles et de Projets.
-Des rapports seront rédigés.
4. Gouvernance: Les actions seront mises en oeuvre par la Cellule de Gestion des Stratégies Sectorielles et de Projets/CIR-RCA du Ministère du Commerce et de l'Industrie. Elle est composée des Experts recrutés et pris en charge par l'Etat. Ils sont placés sous la responsabilité d'un Coordonnateur.
-L'impact de Covid 19 sur l'économie et les efforts de lutte contre la pauvreté est réduite
-La base des produits destinés à l'exportation est diversifiée
-les couches vulnérables, notamment les femmes et les jeunes sont soutenus
-Les structures d'accompagnement et les groupements agricoles ainsi que les coopératives sont renforcés.
