Reducing GHG Emissions

    Description
    Description
Dell will reduce its worldwide facilities GHG emissions by 40 percent by 2015

    Implementation of the Project/Activity

At Dell, we track our GHG emissions and set a high bar for improvement. This includes the commitment we first made in 2007, announcing a goal to reduce our global GHG emissions per dollar of revenue by 15 percent by the end of 2012 and to reduce worldwide facilities GHG emissions by 40 percent by the end of 2015 (both using 2007 as a baseline).

Dell will also estimate GHG emissions by using the international Greenhouse Gas Protocol and the Environmental Protection Agency Climate Leaders Greenhouse Gas Inventory Guidance.
