    Description
    Le plan de riposte du MEN est essentielle destiné à atténuer les effets et impacts causés par la pandémie sur le système éducatif du Sénégal. Il est orienté vers des stratégies et action pouvant permettre d'assurer la continuité du service éducatif avec la fermeture des établissement et de rendre le système éducatif plus résilient pour mieux atteindre les indicateurs des cibles de l'ODD4. Le plan est basé sur une mobilisation de tous les acteurs selon une approche inclusive pour une mise en oeuvre à tous les échelons. Il comporte quatre axes stratégiques qui ciblent une réponse immédiate pour accompagner les enfants vulnérables, la continuité des apprentissages, une préparation de la reprise et des stratégies de résilience pour la période post COVID. Un dispositif de suivi évaluation permet d'accompagner sa mise en oeuvre et un système de concertations permanentes avec les familles d'acteurs en assure la régulation. Bien que ce plan contribue à l'atteinte des objectifs fixés malgré la crise sanitaire, ce dispositif ne suit pas de manière explicite le niveau de réalisation des indicateurs des cibles de l'ODD4. Cette fonction est assuré par un Cadre de mesure de rendement plus générique.
    Expected Impact

    Le plan, en permettant; assurer la continuité des enseignements et apprentissages par des stratégies à distances (plateforme, télé, radio et documents physiques) et en offrant une assistance alimentaire et sanitaire couplé à un dispositif de sensibilisation; appui psycho-sanitaire , contribue grandement à atténuer les effets négatifs de la pandémie. Sa mise en oeuvre contribue ainsi à sauvegarder les chances du Sénégal pour atteindre les cibles de l'ODD4.
