The team researches and finds out various organisations with whom tie ups can be made for mass involvement for achieving the objective. They write the mails, call them telephonically to collaborate and perform the planned activities. The team also discusses the activities with the school authorities , the same is included in the school kalenderium for an organized conduct of the activity.
