    Description
    - Develop an Aquaponic training center in Azerbaijan to promote the use of aquaponic systems as an innovative technique for high water use efficiency system for producing Fish and crops. - Develop a Mobile application for municipal water leak detection that can be used to report the water leakage in the municipal water distribution network. This mobile application will also include water games and other water conservation awareness materials. - Develop constructed wetland to treat raw sewage water from 200 households in Hajqabul, Azerbaijan to demonstrate the use of environmentally friendly and low cost solutions to treat municipal sewage water in small communities. - Develop an E-Learning portal for rational water use awareness raising for school students and school teachers. This portal will include 15 animated videos on different water related topics that targeting 3-age groups of school students. The portal scientific contents were reviewed and approved by ministries of education in Azerbaijan and Georgia. - Develop online monitoring system for Groundwater in a pilot area in a transboundary aquifer between Azerbaijan and Georgia to provide real time and accurate data on groundwater quantity and quality.
    Expected Impact

    - Increase water use efficiency and reduce losses - Awareness raising on Rational water use in both Agriculture and Municipal sectors - provide low-cost and environmental friendly solution for treating raw municipal sewage water for small communities - Empower the youth and new generations to be active in facing the water resources challenges - Increase the awareness between different categories of the civil society on climate change and its impacts on natural resources - Use innovative telecommunication technology to monitor and transfer data on the transboundary groundwater aquifers.
