    Description
    Description
The 4th International Off-grid Lighting Conference and Exhibition is presented by the Global Off-Grid Lighting Association (GOGLA) and the World Bank Group’s Lighting Global program on October 26-29, 2015 in Dubai. The only global event of its kind focused on the off-grid solar services industry brings together companies and stakeholders in a focused discussion about the state and future direction of the sector.

Offering a platform for knowledge exchange and collaboration is a key element of GOGLA’s and Lighting Global’s commitment to support the development of the market and thus increase energy access. The conference will focus on identifying strategies to overcome barriers to sector growth, including unlocking finance for the industry, promoting quality assurance and innovation, providing business development support, and facilitating policies that establish an enabling environment.

Participants will share experiences, explore new products and market trends, and jointly shape the agenda of the sector by identifying how it can reach its full potential in a sustainable way. The event has proven to be a catalyst for new partnerships and business ventures and is expected to attract more than 600 essential players from the sector.
