    97,432 user families would be served, providing access to safe water, through the rehabilitation and/or marginal expansion of the existing drinking water systems, including strengthening the capacities of the families themselves, of the Administrative Boards and of the Technical Areas Municipalities of Local Governments
    (these last two include equipment and furniture)
