    Deploy The Ecoloo systems - now housed in Kiosks across major population centres - markets; bus parks, recreation parks; schools etc. in the major cities of Nigeria; and target communities, working with the Village heads. This provides employment for the managers of the kiosks who can add to that other services like phone credit sales/charging, soft drinks vending etc.
    Expected Impact

    Because the stratum of the society that will most benefit from this system cannot afford the systems without some form of 'subsidies', this has to be offered as A SERVICE....and with very patient capital for sustainability (Profit + Scale).<br />
    <br />
    As A SERVICE - users can access the system with a very little payment...either at the designated and secure outdoor lcations; or in the privacy of their homes or compounds, paying over time, with possibility of eventual ownership.<br />
    <br />
    The System involves collecting toilet waste before it comes into contact with the environment, recycling it, treating it on site with special formulated bacteria, and then using the resulting treated fertilizer (liquid) for agricultural purposes. This creates a natural, unbroken cycle that replaces ‘waste disposal’ with ‘organic recycling’ or value added, safe-to-use fertilizer. This Toilet System is a 2-tier chamber: <br />
    Upper chamber - human waste including urine is collected here and treated by the bacteria. Whilst the <br />
    Lower chamber - where the organic fertilizer in liquid form is collected. The lower chamber is built with a special indicator and outlet for end users to collect the ready-to-use end product (fertilizer) each time the lower chamber is full. It has only one hole and all the waste, including toilet paper, urine or wash water, will all go down.<br />

    Capacity

    We are currently in discussion with Ecoloo on having the Nigerian plant. Their conditions are challenging, largely due finance that is required for the equipment, training, logistics etc.<br />

    Within a very short time of say a month, locals will take over the sourcing of the building materials and assembling of the system housing.

    Governed

    We seek to adopt the Indian Samagra Model here in Nigeria.<br />

    Users will be charged a very low amount per usage. Since no digging or sewage management is involved with the Ecoloo system, the end product will be evacuated by our staff- locals deployed to manage each kiosk, and sold to farmers, thereby increasing the food yields. <br />
    <br />
    Mobile payment technology will be used to secure the revenue. We target that at scale, we will be available to a million users every day across the country, and even at one Naira pay user, this will be a Million Naira a day revenue. This, we believe, would persuade a bank to extend credit to us. <br />
    <br />
    We plan to have central distribution centers in the six geo-political zones of the country. This will result in huge social benefits across Nigeria. <br />
