Description
Compromiso Joven busca aumentar los niveles de participación de jóvenes en acciones de desarrollo comunitario local, a través del trabajo en conjunto con municipalidades, la asistencia técnica y acompañamiento de los equipos INJUV del nivel regional y central. Para esto, se consideran los siguientes objetivos específicos: • Fortalecer capacidades y herramientas a nivel local, por medio de los municipios, para desarrollar acciones y estrategias que fortalezcan la vinculación de jóvenes con el desarrollo comunitario. • Aumentar la vinculación a instancias de participación de jóvenes que les permitan adquirir y desarrollar competencias cívicas. • Aumentar los niveles de involucramiento de los jóvenes para identificar, reflexionar y discutir problemas que afectan sus territorios y/o comunidades para proponer y liderar soluciones para atenuar sus consecuencias.
La implementación del programa contempla las siguientes actividades: • Realización de un diagnóstico participativo • Actividades participativas de sensibilización con la comunidad en temáticas de juventud, o perspectiva de juventudes. • Elaboración de un plan de acción de juventudes. • Actividades focalizadas con enfoque de juventudes con la comunidad que son parte del Plan de Acción Municipal de Juventudes. • Ciclos de formación para funcionarios/as municipales y/o ejecutores encargados de juventudes. • Implementación de plan formativo para formar agentes de cambios a nivel comunal. • Realización de una Estrategia Municipal de Juventudes
