    Description

    Objective: To improve water supply guarantee rate of irrigated farmland and increase crop output in the irrigated areas especially in the context of frequent extreme weather, which can reduce the risk of famine and poverty caused by grain yield reduction, help improve people’s livelihood and promote sustainable economic development and social progress in Kyrgyzstan.
    Implementation methodologies: data collection, establishment of bilateral communication mechanism, initial agreement on the objective, preparation of objective-based project feasibility assessment.
    Follow-up mechanisms: To be prepared based on actual project progress.
