Description
The initiative intends to create several safe drinking water point in schools of children who are handicapped.
We shall use a gravity operated water filter to create the water points.
Many children in Africa Uganda included go without safe drinking water. This is largely due to the high cost of safe water which is either faced in charcoal, fire wood or gas to boil the available unsafe water.
Placing water filters in the schools of the handicapped will ensure effortless water purification for the children and an action towards achieving universal and equitable access to safe and affordable drinking water for all by 2030.
