Asian Development Bank (2nd SE4All Forum Commitments)

    Description
    Description
As one of the lead organizations of the Asia-Pacific hub of SE4ALL, ADB will prioritize rapid assessments for the developing Asian countries that have signed on with SE4ALL, and turn those assessments into action plans and investment frameworks that will help them contribute to the achievement of the 2030 goals.

    Implementation of the Project/Activity

ADB will lead by example by continuing its strong investment support for maximizing energy access for the poor and for clean energy development, where ADB has pledged to maintain at least $2 billion in annual investment. It will also build on the momentum of the ADB-led Energy for All Partnership which recently reached its target of providing 100 million people with access to modern energy, through greater project development and enterprise-support activities.
