    Installation of sustainable access to energy projects with solar solutions and capacity building in off-grid communities. Solutions for households, schools, clinics and public spaces.
    Implementation of the Project/Activity

    Projects will include the support to community based organizations for operation (fee-for-service model) and maintenance activities. Projects shall be submitted to Monitoring and Evaluation process. Fundraising of 20 million euros, until 2014, from public and private organisations.For further information, please kindly refer to the following deliverables.

    By 2030, expand infrastructure and upgrade technology for supplying modern and sustainable energy services for all in developing countries, in particular least developed countries, small island developing States, and land-locked developing countries, in accordance with their respective programmes of support

    50.000 new beneficiaries of access to energy solutions for households/buildings and public spaces (SHS - Solar Home Systems; SL - Solar Lamps; SO - Solar Ovens; SSL - Solar Street Lamps).
    Local Capacity Building of Community-Based Organizations (technical skills for maintenance and operational skills for fee-for-service) through training of 100 technicians.
