Description
Nous préconisons lancer une campagne de location gps des besoins en eau potable des populations
Nous analysons et traitons les données numériques recueillies
Et nous mettons en place une gouvernance participative des femmes et des jeunes autour de la problématique de l'eau.
Nous voulons à travers cette action d'accéléreration de permettre aux décideurs de gagner en temps et en argent.
Du côté de la population Tchadienne celà crée la confiance entre les élus et les administrés.
