Background
With the focus on discussing the role of private sector in sustainable development financing and the opportunities in creating new partnerships, the aim of this event, organized by the Government of Finland, is to provide a substantive insight for the work of the Committee of Experts on Sustainable Development Financing (ICESDF).
The outcome of the event will be provided for the consideration of the ICESDF. In addition the outcome will be provided for information to the discussion on the role of partnerships in the implementation of the Post-2015 development agenda, organized by the President of the General Assembly in New York on 9-10 April 2014.
