1. Preamble
Prosperity
We want all human beings to enjoy the fruits of economic, social and technological progress and live productive and fulfilling lives. We want to ensure sustained, inclusive and sustainable economic growth; promote decent work and employment for all; foster shared prosperity and sustainable lifestyles worldwide; promote sustainable industrialization, infrastructure [development], agriculture [transformation] and infrastructure [rural development]; and ensure access to affordable modern energy services.
2. Declaration
To be inserted after Para16 as last in the section Our World Today:
New paragraph: We acknowledge that countries in special situations such as LDCs, LLDCs and SIDS have specific development needs and challenges which require special intervention to realize sustainable development.
Para 39. We acknowledge the need for international financial institutions to respect the domestic policy space of all countries, in particular developing countries, least developed countries [LLDCs: , landlocked developing countries] and small island developing states. We agree to work to increase the representation of developing countries, and their involvement in decision-making, in these institutions.
3. Sustainable Development Goals and targets
Target 1 a. add LLDCs after the least developed countries.
1.a Ensure significant mobilization of resources from a variety of sources, including through enhanced development cooperation, in order to provide adequate and predictable means for developing countries, [LLDCs: and landlocked developing countries], in particular least developed countries, to implement programmes and policies to end poverty in all its dimensions
Target 2a. add LLDCs after the least developed countries.
2.a Increase investment, including through enhanced international cooperation, in rural infrastructure, agricultural research and extension services, technology development and plant and livestock gene banks in order to enhance agricultural productive capacity in developing countries, in particular least developed countries [and landlocked developing countries]
Target 7b. add LLDCs after the least developed countries.
7. b By 2030, expand infrastructure and upgrade technology for supplying modern and sustainable energy services for all in developing countries, in particular least developed countries, countries [LLDCs: landlocked developing countries] and small island developing States

and to landlocked developing countries consistent with World Trade Organization guidelines and promote the integration of Landlocked developing countries in the global economy by, inter alia, enhancing their participation in international trade by focusing on the reduction of transaction and transport costs, and the simplification and standardization of relevant rules and regulations.

9.c Significantly increase access to information and communications technology and strive to provide universal and affordable access to the Internet in least developed countries [and landlocked developing countries] by 2020

10.a Implement the principle of special and differential treatment for developing countries, in particular least developed countries, in accordance with World Trade Organization agreements [and implement provisions on special and differential treatment to address the special needs and challenges of landlocked developing countries].

17.10 Promote a universal, rules-based, open, non-discriminatory and equitable multilateral trading system under the World Trade Organization, including through the conclusion of negotiations under its Doha Development Agenda [and implement the provisions of the WTO's Trade Facilitation Agreement].
