Climate Change Health adaptation strategy and action plan

The need for developing a Climate Change Health Adaptation Strategy arose from the relevance of this issue on a global, regional and national level, the necessity to prepare and respond to climate-change-associated health risks and the need for interdisciplinary cooperation and exchange of relevant data with other sectors that could contribute to improving the health status of the population in the Republic of Macedonia.
